Accessibility statement.

Last updated August 5, 2026. We want every contractor — and every member of their team — to be able to use this site.

What we've built in

• Keyboard access: every interactive element — navigation, forms, the booking calendar, and the interactive office map — can be reached and operated with Tab and Enter, with visible focus outlines throughout.
• Reduced motion: if your device sets "prefers reduced motion," the opening film skips straight to its final frame and animations are replaced with direct state changes. The film is also skippable for everyone, plays sound only if you turn it on, and repeats only if you ask it to.
• Screen readers: content is semantic HTML — real headings, buttons, links, and labels. Interactive map regions carry text labels announcing each department's name, role, and availability. Nothing essential lives only inside a canvas or animation.
• Color and contrast: text colors follow WCAG AA contrast guidance on both our light and dark surfaces, and no status is communicated by color alone — availability and warnings always include text labels.
• Forms: every field has a visible label, errors are announced in text next to the form, and success confirmations are written out rather than implied.

Known limitations

The opening film sequence is decorative; all of its information is repeated in regular HTML on the same page. Some data visualizations (like scorecard bars) are supplemented with numeric values rather than being fully described in prose.
